[ It's entirely possible that this post was orchestrated by the little antlered creature, with short hair pure white and eyes far too blue to be that of a 'normal' deer. The feed starts a little off kilter before a coo, then is set upright properly to display someone who could be thought as dancing with a sword - and light tinged blue. Runyu spins on his heel with ease, eyes closed as he focuses on the various forms he flows between.

Only to pause at some sense of being watched. Half turning, he glances towards his antlered companion before shaking his head faintly at it, seeing what it's been up to. Offering a bow, hands cupped before him as the sword is dismissed, he picks up the comm device. ]

As my Dream Beast has decided to put me on display, I feel it appropriate to offer lessons to any who might wish them. I may not be a martial deity, but I can hold my own when pressed. Those who are already skilled but may enjoy a new sparring partner are welcome as well.

I remember announcement videos are often common in places like this. Yet another world, summoning forth anyone and everyone to save it and its native inhabitants.

For those of you who are inclined towards seeing color, he looks different from Sonic due to having green fur and blue eyes. And then there's the way he carries himself, which is in a manner akin to a delinquent. He stares at the screen for a moment, as if scrutinizing it, before his mouth twists into a grin and he begins speaking. ]

Hello Ellipsa. It's me again. I've had a wonderfully fun idea so I decided to share it. As you can see, I'm building something. What is it, you may ask? I'm sure some of you can already tell. It is a paintball gun.

[He fits more pieces together as his smile grows wider.]

Why do you have a paintball gun? I hear some of you ask. Others What is a paintball gun? Another good question. It is a weapon that fires these little spheres filled with paint. It is part of a game called paintball. The goal? You shoot your friends with them to splatter paint on their clothes, their fur, and skin. It's all in good fun.

So this is my declaration of war in the name of fun. If I know you, I am going to try and shoot you. In good fun. And if you want to play, I challenge you to do the same thing. Shoot your other friends. Though we will have rules for this game. All good games have rules. We follow the Geneva Convention in this house. So. No shooting someone in the groin or in the head. Anywhere else is fair game. Though if someone waves a white flag or makes sure to express they don't want to play, no shooting them.

Best practices.

I am curious to see how long we can keep this game going. It ends when everyone stops playing. Will it last just a few days? Months? Will it last the remainder of our time here?

[The paintball gun is completed. He loads the paintballs into the chamber for the gun and cocks it.]

Oh! And before I forget. Goat. Chipp. I'm calling your debts. You have to play for the first three days. You can keep playing after, if you want. But you got have to help me jumpstart my paintball war. Forge alliances. Go solo. Pull people into the game. Let's see how big we can get it.

If you're worried about the mess on fur or clothes? It is a good thing you know a wish granting god who would gladly clean your fur and clothes for a discounted price during the game~

Let's just say you're hiding a secret from someone. A big one. This secret does involve them, but they're not aware of it. It's something that would probably get me into big trouble if I told them back home.

Hey, Ellipsa, I need some advice.

Since I got here, I met a lot of fantastic people.

I totally fell head over heels for one of them and, somehow I lucked out, cause they fell for me right back and we're dating now. I'm crazy about them! We click like I've never clicked with anybody. They just get where I'm coming from and understand me. It's like we're on the same wavelength whether it's serious stuff or being a couple of gremlins. They're amazing and wonderful and funny and sweet and beautiful and... well, you get the idea. I could gush forever. I've never felt this way for anybody before!

Can you feel the 'but'..? Cause there's a 'but'...

I also have a friend. The best and most amazing friend I've ever had. They've been there for me in so many ways, since day one of my being here no less. They helped me get settled and started here. They've been there for the highs and the lows, every time. We've shared some really important things with each other and I trust them with my life. They're amazing and wonderful and funny and sweet and gorgeous and... yeah.

Are you seeing the pattern here?

I know what being poly is. I understand how that's supposed to work in theory.

But how in the hell do you put that into practice?

How do I bring this up with either of them? Should I even try? The chances of me screwing up and ruining everything are probably sky high? Would it be better to just try to make the feelings go away? I don't think I can. And I'm pretty sure my bestie has feelings for me, too. I'm really bad at hiding my own, it turns out. So they've gotta be wondering about me.

I just don't know where to even start? I'd be the first guy to say 'talk to them' but, man... being the one on this side of everything, now, all I can think is:
